Welcome!
In my private practice, I treat adults, teens and children in individual, couples and/or family psychotherapy. I am particularly experienced in treating depression, anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress disorder and substance/alcohol abuse, as well as issues related to sexual abuse, relationships, divorce, and school-related issues such as academic issues, separation anxiety and bullying.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, but you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I welcome the opportunity to help.
More about me
I earned my Doctorate in Clinical and School Psychology from Hofstra University and completed postdoctoral training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at Adelphi University. With more than three decades in private practice, I bring extensive clinical experience while remaining attentive to the unique story and strengths of each person I meet.
Drawing from behavioral, cognitive, and psychodynamic perspectives, I work to understand not only the symptoms you are experiencing, but also the underlying patterns and experiences that may be contributing to them. Therapy is most effective when it is grounded in trust, compassion, and genuine collaboration. My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Every decision we make is shaped by a clear sense of purpose.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
